The MarkJoeHope Music Artist Pathway is a structured four-level program designed to guide aspiring songwriters and musicians through every stage of the creative process—from discovering your first song idea to releasing professionally produced music on major streaming platforms.
Whether you’re completely new to songwriting or already have music waiting to be developed, you’ll receive practical training, personalised mentoring and hands-on recording experience in a supportive studio environment.

From your first song idea to your first professional release, the MarkJoeHope Music Artist Pathway guides you through songwriting, recording, production and releasing your music. Progress through four practical levels at your own pace, with personalised mentoring and real-world studio experience at every stage.
Luis runs our amazing songwriting and recording courses. He is a distinguished Australian singer-songwriter and producer with a deep passion for music and education. Luis is an Ipswich and Brisbane-based Music Producer, Songwriter, and Mixing and Mastering engineer with extensive experience creating innovative sounds across popular genres such EDM / Pop / Hip-Hop & Trap / R&B / Rock / Indie.
Luis has a Bachelor of Music graduate (Distinction) and was a student mentor at QUT. He’s been a freelance producer since 2019, amassing over 1 million+ streams with clients and has previously played drums in metal/punk bands for over 10 years. Working out of his private studio in Ipswich, He’s here to help you reach your artistic visions, expand your ideas and explore new sounds.
We do four, one hour weekly sessions in groups of one to three participants of similar ages.
Payment is due up front to secure your booking. Due to the fact that this is a set course, there are no make up sessions possible if you miss a week.
Ages 10 and above.
All styles of contemporary music are encouraged, including pop, rock, jazz, blues, soul and world music.
Being able to play an instrument is an advantage and basic knowledge of a chordal instrument such as piano or guitar is desirable but not essential. You don’t have to be a great singer as the course is more about writing good songs.
You are very much encouraged to perform your songs at out regular music school concert days and we can assist with live musicians to support you. This is however, optional.
We currently run the workshops on Sundays and Mondays.
We have a dedicated house at 747 Logan Rd Greenslopes with spacious studios, computers loaded with teaching resources, musical instruments, a comfortable waiting room and great atmosphere.
