As a professional performing and recording musician, Mark has studied and performed music in an incredibly wide range of musical genres over many years. Together with our incredibly talented teaching staff we have all musical styles covered. We also foster the writing, development and recording of original music with our students, one of the most rewarding experiences our teachers and students enjoy. Frequently Asked Questions
How do you run your lessons?
Our students come for a one on one private lesson once a week at the same time as a regular teacher. Pay for the first lesson only and make sure you are happy with your teacher. We bill in 5-week blocks, payable at the beginning of each block.
Do you teach beginner students?
Yes, we are very experienced at teaching people from the beginning as well as players with some experience and advanced players. With Mark Joe Hope syllabus and our experienced teachers soon you will be rocking with the best and feeling confident to play in front of your friends and family.
What styles do you teach?
We teach all styles at all levels with our teachers being specialists in various genres. We follow a learning plan that will allow you to master any genre on the clarinet.
What ages do you teach?
We are experienced with teaching all ages from about 5 years old through to adults of all ages. We often have sons & daughters learning with their parents so they can play together. In addition we have many retirees who are up for further life challenges and ways to meet new people.
What days do you teach?
We teach Monday to Saturday in the daytime and evenings to about 9.00pm.
Where are you located?
We have a dedicated house in Greenslopes, 747 Logan Rd with spacious studios, computers loaded with teaching resources, musical instruments , a comfortable waiting room and a great atmosphere.
